Healthwatch Isle of Wight has been commissioned by the Isle of Wight Clinical Commissioning Group to engage with local people to find out their needs around primary health care to ensure that people can access the primary care services they need, when they need them.
Healthwatch Isle of Wight is an independent local consumer champion and signposting service. It works with decision makers and service providers to help improve health and social care services on the Island.
Islanders are being asked to complete a survey about their primary care needs to ensure that the services provided reflect what people want from Primary Care services.
The anonymised results of the feedback will go directly to GP surgeries and commissioners to influence the future provision of primary care services on the Isle of Wight – a great opportunity for local people to have their say on how local services are delivered.
Hard copies of the survey will be available in all GP practices, at Citizens Advice Newport and the Riverside Centre and the online survey can be accessed via https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/P5G6GPY.
If you need the survey in another format or version, contact Healthwatch Isle of Wight on 01983 608608 or visit www.healthwatchisleofwight.co.uk.
The closing date is Wednesday 28th February 2018.
