The Griffin in Godshill are supporting Challenge & Adventure by taking part in a nationwide record breaking pub quiz challenge.
At exactly 19:30 on Sunday 7th February thousands of pub quizzers, pub regulars, friends and family will be sitting down in their local to answer the first of a series of questions of an identical pub quiz.
In conjunction with JustGiving, PubAid are organising a world record attempt for the Largest Multi Venue Quiz – a pub quiz taking place simultaneously in hundreds of pubs around the country. The aim is to not only break the world record, but also to raise a total £1million for good causes local to the pubs in one night.
Teams of up to 4 are now being sought to join others at The Griffin priced at just £3 per person. There will also be a raffle on the night.
The aim is for each pub to use the quiz as a great method of raising money for a local cause or charity. 1100 pubs have registered so far across the country.
