Stage, television and movie actor Graham Pountney is heading for Newport’s Quay Arts on Wednesday (26th June) and Thursday (27th June) with his brand new show entitled ‘Summer Love’.
Summer Love features 3 short plays, 2 of which are written by the Island’s late Oscar winner Anthony Minghella. These are Hang Up and Days Like These. The latter features famous actor Virginia Stride who has been in so numerous popular TV shows during her long career.
Graham, who has had an Isle of Wight home for most of his life, was a regular in the smash hit television series Howard’s Way. He has also appeared in top stage shows and his other TV credits include New Tricks, EastEnders, Hustle and Hannay. He will appear in the third play at the Quay Arts, which is The Weatherman.
Summer Love begins at 20:00 on both nights. Tickets are priced at £14.
