freshwaterlibraryFreshwater Library is 75 years old this year and is celebrating this milestone on Monday 17th November.

It was on this date in 1939 that the library first opened its doors, and has been at the heart of village life ever since.

To celebrate the occasion on Monday, the library staff and the Friends of Freshwater Library have organised tea and birthday cake at the library from 11:00 to 13:00.
