The Isle of Wight College is inviting all Island year 10 and 11 students to book onto their next run of exciting engineering tasters taking place on Wednesday the 8th of March at their state-of-the-art sister site, CECAMM in Whippingham.
There will be 2 sessions of 6 subjects running, they last for one hour, so participants are welcome to book for 2 different tasters if they wish.
- Tasters will be:
- Hand-fitting first session 4.30pm – 5.30pm / second session 5.30pm – 6.30pm
- Electronics first session 4.30pm – 5.30pm / second session 5.30pm – 6.30pm
- Welding first session 4.30pm – 5.30pm / second session 5.30pm – 6.30pm
- Composites first session 4.30pm – 5.30pm / second session 5.30pm – 6.30pm
- Marine Engines first session 4.30pm – 5.30pm / second session 5.30pm – 6.30pm
- CAD (computer aided design) first session 4.30pm – 5.30pm / second session 5.30pm – 6.30pm
