Free export masterclasses are being held across the South to help ambitious businesses grow and to develop in international markets. 

The full-day masterclasses, organised by the region’s Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) and Growth Hubs, will run between 11th February and 31st March.

The events will offer expert insights and practical advice to support businesses of all sizes and are particularly suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

No matter what size or the different levels of experience, the masterclasses are designed to help with making crucial decisions, identify leverage opportunities and maximise profits when entering new markets.

Brian Johnson, Solent LEP’s Deputy Chair, has said:

“The solent region’s businesses have a strong and extremely successful track record on exports. As we enter a new era of international trading relationships, we are determined to help established and new exporters seize opportunities and prepare for change.

We have fully engaged with the support from the Department of International Trade, and have worked closely with our neighbouring LEPs in the South to ensure these masterclasses have a powerful reach and high impact.”

Aimed at businesses based in Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Surrey, Berkshire, East and West Sussex, the free comprehensive events focus on four critical elements of international trade:
