The Cowes Floating Bridge will be crossing the River Medina earlier than normal tomorrow (Friday) for chain depth testing.
Currently the Floating Bridge operates daily between 07:00 and 22:30, with the foot passenger launch running early morning between 05:00 and 07:00. .
Engineers will be testing chain depths tomorrow morning (Friday) between 05:30 and 07:00 which means you may see Floating Bridge No. 6 moving back and fore at this time. However, the service will not be operating for passengers and cars at this time.
The foot passenger launch will still be operating between 05:00 and 07:00 tomorrow morning.
