The first cruise ship scheduled to visit the Isle of Wight this season will arrive in the Solent tomorrow (Friday).
The MS Bremen will be moored in Cowes Triangle from 09:00 until 18:00 on Friday 10th May.
The 6,752 tonne cruise ship, operated by Hapag Lloyd, was built in 1990 and has a capacity of 155 passengers. Bremen featured in the TV series Killer Waves and discovered a previous uncharted island in the Antartic in 2003.
Bremen will be the first of several ships to visit the Island this year. A total of 6 cruise ships are set to stop off here in 2019, 4 of which will be making their maiden visit. A further 5 visits have been scheduled for 2020.
Passengers will be ferried ashore and encouraged to explore Cowes and further afield.
