Firefighters in Freshwater will be holding a charity car wash on Saturday (23rd March), thanks to the support of Rapanui.
Saturday is set to be the perfect day for Islanders to get their cars washed as hot and sunny conditions are expected across the Isle of Wight at the end of the week.
Between 10:00-12:00 midday, retained firefighters from Freshwater Fire Station will be donning their uniforms and grabbing their hoses to wash down hundreds of cars at the Rapanui Car Park in the heart of Freshwater (former Co-Op store).
The event is being held in aid of The Firefighter’s Charity.
