Following on from the success of the inaugural event last year, The King Lud in Ryde are to once again host the 2-day February Folk Festival this coming weekend.
In keeping with their commitment to celebrate as many music genres as possible, The King Lud are proud to be hosting the festival for the second year running. A total of 13 different acts are set to perform this weekend and Islanders are being invited along to enjoy the diverse range of folk music and local ales.
The musicians are once again donating their time for the love of the music.
‘Captain Paul’ is the organiser of the event and the monthly folk meet that is also held at The King Lud on Ryde Esplanade.
