ENGINEERING WORKS TO RESULT IN ISLAND LINE SERVICE SUSPENSION ON SUNDAY


Those intending to travel on Island Line on Sunday morning will have to make alternative arrangements due to planned engineering works.

It has been announced that work will be taking place on the network overnight Saturday into Sunday.

No trains will be running between Ryde Pier Head and Shanklin first thing on Sunday morning, but things should return to normal by 09:00.

The first train to run will be the 09:07 from Ryde Pier Head. The first train from Shanklin will be the 09:38.

UPDATE SUNDAY @ 07:00 – Works have been completed ahead of schedule and therefore a normal Sunday service is now in operation.
