The music marathon will begin at 16:00 on Saturday afternoon (25th April) and will continue until 23:59 on Sunday night, making it one of the longest continuous DJ sets in the country. For the last 90 minutes of the set, M-Stone will be closing the Headfunk Online Festival.
Wight Fibre have generously allowed M-Stone to stream live from their offices in Cowes with the set available to watch on both Facebook and Instagram, with donations to Mountbatten encouraged throughout.
Those tuning in can expect a montage of house music with songs from 80s, 90s and 00s added into the mix.
Speaking about the upcoming marathon, Jason Stone said:
“This is something I have wanted to do for a while and now seems an ideal time.
“Mountbatten is a vital service on the Island and I know they’ve been affected by the cancellation of its fundraisers and closure of shops.
“Hopefully I can raise a bit more money to go towards helping them during this difficult time”.
