The Island’s only professional photography studio for hire, Studio 2, will be hosting an Open Day on Thursday 29th October between 10:0-19:00 and they are inviting all photographers, artists, models and creative people to see the new equipment and explore the facility.
Following a fire in the summer, Studio 2 has undergone a refurbishment and is back better than ever, featuring the latest photographic equipment including a new Bowens’ Hi-Glide lighting system; a Lencarta wind tunnel; Bowens’ radio triggers; a 3.5m infinity curve and a host of reflectors, softboxes and other accessories. Hire is £15 an hour which includes equipment.
Throughout the year, Studio 2 will be encouraging anyone creative to get involved with a variety of events including tutorials on how to use the equipment, professional model days with international models and artist sessions.
