The sounds of brass will ring out at an Isle of Wight church later this month thanks to Cowes Concert Band.
The 28-strong brass band will perform music for all tastes at St Mary’s Church, Cowes on 22nd July at 19:45.
Musical director Andy Norman says:
“We play at venues across the Island but it’s always special to play in our home town. We hope the local community will turn out and support us – they will be treated to a varied programme including classic pop tunes, music from the shows and films and traditional brass band marches. There will be something for everyone.”
Admission is free, with a retiring collection in aid of church and band funds.
