Sandown’s Co-Op store will re-open later this week following a £400,000 makeover, which includes new tills, fridges and a snazzy new frontage.
Over the past couple of weeks contractors have been working hard to transform the outdated store into a modern day Co-Op boasting a wide range of fruit and veg offerings, an in store bakery and convenient checkout options.
Customers will be welcomed into the refreshed High Street outlet from Thursday.
Paul Helyer, Store Manager of Co-Op Sandown High Street, has said:
“We are delighted to be undertaking such a significant investment in Sandown and we’re confident that the improvements will help us to better serve the community”.
