Cider lovers will be able to enjoy a range of draught ciders from England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland during a 17-day festival at three pubs on the Island.
The festivals will take place from Friday 10th July until Sunday 26th July inclusive at S. Fowlers & Co. in Union Street, Ryde and The William Coppin at Coppins Bridge, Newport as well as The Man in the Moon in St James Street, Newport.
The pubs will each offer a selection of up to 30 ciders (apple, pear and fruit), including some never previously available in the pubs and others produced exclusively for the festival.
They include award-winning ciders, together with those with unusual flavours; wild raspberries, whisky, marmalade, bourbon, rum, elderflower and blackberry. Each of the ciders will be available from £1.99 to £2.10 a pint.
Fowlers & Co. manager, Neil Longley, said:
“The pub will be offering a superb selection of ciders, which I am confident will appeal to cider lovers and those enjoying cider for the first time.”
Customers can enjoy three one-third pint of ciders for the price of a pint. Tasting notes on all the ciders will be available in the pubs.
