Southern Co-operative Funeralcare are holding a Christmas Carol Memorial Service on Tuesday 3rd December at the Lake Cooperative Funeral Home at 18:30.
The Memorial Service will bring the local community together in preparation for the festive period. As this may be a difficult time for those who have suffered a bereavement, there will be an opportunity to hang a star on the Christmas memorial tree in honour of those who are no longer with us.
The service will be led by Farther Tony Lawrence who will be giving words of comfort to all. The Salvation army will be present to play the carols.
To further support the community, there will be a collection of blankets, joggers, jumpers and Christmas puddings on behalf of the Salvation Army.
