Christ the King College missed out on a podium place at last night’s (Thursday’s) Rock Challenge Southern Open Final A in Portsmouth.
11 schools from across West Sussex, London, Dorset, Surrey, Hampshire, Northamptonshire and the Isle of Wight competed, hoping to become Southern Open Champions for 2018.
Unfortunately for Christ the King the competition proved too strong with their performance failing to place in the top 4.
However, Awards of Excellence were given to the Carisbrooke-based school for Concept; Drama; Entertainment; Lighting; Stage Crew and Video Performance.
They were also awarded the Be Your Best Foundation Award for Student Leadership.
