Officers from Newport’s Neighbourhood Patrol Team discovered a vehicle on Pan Estate this morning (Wednesday) that had no tax, no MOT and no insurance.
Needless to say, the vehicle was swiftly recovered by Stag Lane Motors.
The driver was reported for the driving offences and an outstanding theft matter. Generally, having no insurance carries a 6-point penalty and a large fine.
If you think you know someone who may be driving without documents report it to Police on 101.
Another low life of the road well done
I hope that Ryde Police read this. You don’t have to look further than 20 yards from the “Station” to find parking offences and vehicles without tax/insurance, or both.
Take their flaming licence away from them
If they don’t bother with tax and insurance good chance they do not have a licence.

Police found ‘a’ car on Pan without tax, insurance or MOT. Surely a typo?
Did they mean they found ‘a’ car WITH tax, insurance and an MOT?
Could the Police verify the shocking info otherwise.
