This weekend vintage buses and coaches will be seen in and around Ryde during the Rydabus event, which takes place on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st May.
Organised by the Isle of Wight Bus and Coach Museum, it is said to be the 1st major event of the 2023 season and has been deservedly popular in previous years.
Once again, buses will serve the Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary in Wroxall where visitors can park free of charge and receive a friendly welcome.
The preserved buses will operate special free services, linking the Park and Ride site with the Bus Museum in Ryde and other attractions. Services 1A and 1B serve Wootton station of the Isle of Wight Steam Railway. A commemorative programme is available, containing full timetables and other helpful information.
Doors open at 10:00 on both days and further information can be found here.
