Cowes-based transport company, Acclaim Logistics, is marking 25 years of trading by launching a new loyalty scheme to benefit their Island-based customers.
The loyalty scheme has been introduced as a thank you to Acclaim’s Isle of Wight customers, who have been instrumental in the local logistics firm experiencing exponential growth in its Isle of Wight parcel and pallet and furniture volumes.
Loyalty cards are available to residents on the Isle of Wight who do not hold a credit account with Acclaim and can be used to claim up to 20% off shipping costs between their depot in Southampton and the Island.

“The new loyalty scheme is all about thanking our Island customers for their support over the last 25 years. In the past, Island-based businesses and residents have had to suffer long delays, costly crossing fees and lack of flexibility when transporting goods between the Isle of Wight and Mainland, so when we launched our partnership with Red Funnel in 2016, we were determined to set a new higher standard.
“Our Island customers now have a fast and cost-effective link for transporting goods across the Solent, and with our new loyalty scheme, Isle of Wight residents can reduce the costs associated with shipping large items from the Mainland to the Isle of Wight.
“We’ll take most freight, including furniture, white goods, pallets and sheds. All they have to do is have it delivered into our Southampton depot and we’ll take 20% off the cost of shipping to the Island – simple and just in time for Christmas!”
