Cardiac charity Heartbeat will be hosting its annual ‘Light up a Heart’ Christmas Carol Celebration at Cowes Baptist Church (Victoria Road) on Thursday 12th December at 19:00.
Alongside the joy of Christmas readings and the chance to sing along to beloved carols, this cherished, heart warming celebration offers an opportunity for attendees to honour the memory of lost loved ones and reflect on those facing challenges.
Tanya Harder, Community Fundraising and Marketing Manager at Heartbeat, commented:
“Light up a Heart has become a treasured Christmas tradition with Heartbeat. Not only are we celebrating the evenings festivities of the season, but we are remembering the loved one who cant be with us or those going through a difficult time due to challenging health issues.”
“Light up a Heart is a truly magical celebration, bringing the spirit of Christmas to life for everyone involved. Whether you join in singing the uplifting carols or simply take a moment to embrace the warmth and atmosphere, it’s a heart warming experience for all.”
“The service is open to everyone and there is no charge. We just ask that people visit our website (www.heartbeat.co.uk) to reserve their tickets. There will be an opportunity to donate to Heartbeat on the night and of course, every contribution towards the support we provide for cardiac patients and their relatives will be gratefully received.”
Festive refreshments, including mince pies, will be provided after the service.
