A planning application to build 40 new homes in Wootton has been lodged with the Isle of Wight Council.
Outline planning permission is being sought for 26 open market properties on land at Palmers Farm off Brocks Copse Road, with a further 14 properties built as ‘intermediate housing’.
The site, located to the North West of Wootton, stretches 4.7 hectares. Access would be from both Brocks Copse Road and the adjoining Palmers Road.
