This project aims to make people more aware of the different types of industry and careers in engineering and sustainable technology on the Isle of Wight such as:
- Wind Energy
- Robotics

The Ingenious Award project will aim to encourage those who are under-represented in the industry, such as females and people from Black, Asian, and minority ethnic backgrounds to help promote their confidence in progressing into engineering.
Activities will include events on National Women in Engineering Day (23rd June 2021) and School programmes developing projects such as Robotwars, Introduction to Cobots.
