Wessex Cancer Support’s Drive-In Cinema returns to the Needles Landmark Attraction on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd December – under 6 weeks’ time!
At just £22 per car – £4.40 each for a car of 5 – it’s a cost-effective and cosy way to kickstart your festivities. Plus, you’ll be raising vital funds to support Islanders affected by cancer.
Pick a family favourite or Christmas classic, park up and Wessex Cancer Support will press play. Its giant 9m x 5m LED screen means you won’t miss a thing and the film will play through your own car radio or any radio device you bring along. There will be hot food available, or you can bring your own snacks if you prefer.
There are 6 films available over the weekend:
– Saturday 2nd December – How The Grinch Stole Christmas (PG), Last Christmas (12A), Bad Santa (15)
– Sunday 3rd December – Frozen (PG), It’s A Wonderful Life (PG), Office Christmas Party (15)

This year’s event is sponsored by Island-based software companies WRS Systems and ICR Touch. All the money raised will be used to provide emotional and wellbeing support to Islanders affected by cancer.
