Southern Water is to host a number of community outreach events across the Isle of Wight in the coming weeks.
The team will be on hand in a number of locations stretching from St Helens to Freshwater, East Cowes to Ventnor.
Keith Herbert, Manager for Southern Water on the Isle of Wight, has said:
“We serve some remote communities, especially on the Isle of Wight. Telephone and email is not always the best way to communicate. We are trying to be more accessible so we can let people know what is happening in their area and deal with any issues there and then.
“There are many initiatives that customers may not be aware of such as cheaper tariffs, a range of services for vulnerable customers, free water saving devices and tips and the opportunity to raise any complaints or queries face to face with this Island team”.
