Around 800 children from schools in and around East Cowes came together on Friday to create their very own Isle of Wight, in celebration of Isle of Wight Day (24th September).
Students from the Isle of Wight Studio School, Holy Cross Primary School, The Priory and Queensgate Primary School descended on the grounds of Osborne House to create the unique picture, as captured by Darren Vaughan of Wight Drone.
Robin Courage MBE, the Island’s High Sheriff and curator of Isle of Wight Day was present at the gathering.
