A small engineering firm on the Isle of Wight is growing thanks to the arrival of a new engineer.

Adaptive Engineering Solutions recognise it is vital that they remain current and flexible in an ever changing world and as a result they have recruited another experienced and professional engineer to join the team in Newport.

Kate Penn brings with her both practical experience and knowledge of the wind energy and renewables market with particular experience in test and verification work. Her additional skills will bring a fresh perspective to the firm’s work and increase capabilities. This will boost Adaptive Engineering Solution’s existing offerings and open up more sectors.
