The country’s new HMS Queen Elizabeth aircraft carrier returned to Portsmouth yesterday (Monday) after more than 4 months at sea.
The giant warship made its way around the coast of the Isle of Wight before travelling up the Solent.
Families gathered on the Round Tower near Southsea to wave their loved ones home following Carrier Strike training in US waters.
