After already welcoming Sean Astin, Shannon Elizabeth, Jason Mewes and more, organisers of Island Con have announced the latest addition to a growing list of high profile TV and film stars set to appear at this years event.
Chris Owen, mainly known for his role as Chuck Sherman a.k.a The Sherminator in the American Pie Franchise, will join his co-star in the series, Shannon Elizabeth, for Island Con this October.
As well as being a mainstay of the American Pie series, Chris has also appeared in Hildalgo (2004), Mist (2007) and Bachelors (2015), in a career that has lasted more than 25 years.
Ben E. Belton, organiser of Island Con, has said:
“Everybody loves the American Pie series, they are iconic films, and nobody will ever forget Chris as The Sherminator.
We are delighted that he has agreed to join us for Island Con and cannot wait to match him up with his American Pie co-star Shannon Elizabeth, it’s going to be great!”
