Emergency services were called to reports of a smoke coming from a car in McDonald’s Drive-Thru in Ryde this evening (Wednesday).
One fire appliance from Ryde Fire Station was called to the scene on Brading Road alongside Police and Ambulance crews shortly before 21:20.
The vehicle, believed to be a Fiat Panda, was not severely damaged in the incident and the small fire was quickly extinguished.
Paramedics were stood down and firefighters left the scene around 15 minutes later.
