Darts star Keegan Brown will face James Wade in the third round of the 2019 PDC World Championship.
The Isle of Wight sportsman came back from a set down to take a 3-1 victory over Jelle Klaasen at the Ally Pally in London tonight (Friday).
‘The Needle’ has been catapulted into the final 32 of the competition but will have to beat Aldershot’s James Wade to progress to the final 16. It’s at the final 16 stage where Keegan bowed out last year when he lost to world champion Phil Taylor.
Brown has previously gone up against Wade and beat his opponent 3-2, so hopes will be high for the St Mary’s Hospital worker to continue his winning streak.
Round 3 of the William Hill PDC World Championship will take place on Sunday afternoon (23rd December) from 12:30.
