Vodafone customers in the Ryde area have been experiencing network problems over the past couple of days that are set to continue for the rest of the week.
Since Friday customers of the popular network provider have experienced a reduced level of 3G coverage, as well as problems sending and receiving phone calls and texts.
A spokesperson for Vodafone has this morning told Island Echo that engineers are working to resolve the problem and that a normal service is expected to resume within the next three days.
Mobile phone users are advised to turn off 3G capability to enhance the service for phone calls and texts until the network fault has been resolved.
