A Binstead man who is accused of being obsessed with a Babestation performer has been made subject to an interim Stalking Protection Order banning him from contacting the TV cam girl.
Steven Robert Tuckey, 42, of Dame Anthony’s Close, is now prevented by law from contacting the woman as a result of him allegedly carrying out a number of acts associated with stalking.
The interim order has been granted by Magistrates ahead of a full hearing in June after they decided there was reasonable cause to believe the order is necessary. A Stalking Protection Order is made on application by the Police and only came into being in 2019. It is not a criminal offence, however, it is a crime to breach the civil order.
The Isle of Wight Magistrates Court heard this afternoon (Friday) how in late 2020 Tuckey had engaged in chat with the complainant, who was working as an adult performer on the TV channel Babestation. As the chat continued, Tuckey expressed a wish to engage with her on other platforms.
It’s said that Tuckey later sent the performer £300 but she became to feel uneasy about the exchanges between them as Tuckey seemed to feel he should have a right to speak to her when he dictated. As a result, she decided to stop communicating with the 42-year-old.
Steven Tuckey allegedly continued to try to contact the adult worker via various platforms as he felt rejected by her.
As the prosecutor Ethu Crorie read out details of the case, Tuckey laughed out loud – including the moment he was described as being a menace by his alleged victim in her personal statement. Mr Crorie told the court “it seems he enjoys being in the position of control”.
It’s known that Tuckey is a company director of Valentina-Maria Limited – which appears to deal with women’s clothing and online entertainment.
The interim Stalking Protection Order was granted on 24th February and is in force until 30th June. It contains more than a dozen conditions including not to contact the complainant and to have risk management software installed on his digital devices.
Tuckey will appear at the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court in front of a District Judge on 29th June for a 1-day long contested hearing.

Will he get his £300 back, or is that sort of ‘contact’ fully acceptable?
What a legend imo lol!!
Went to school with him, obviously bit eccentric but really nice guy would not hurt a fly
Literally the first time I’ve burst out laughing after reading an Islandecho headline along with that photo, dying
Excellent Smithers
I seek attention from men and I look to take money from them. I also want them to stop bothering me and would like to take no responsibility for my actions.
Misogynistic
That island is full of weird aggressive people, what the hell is going on???….it was once a lovely place to live, such a shame its becoming no different to all the other grubby places in the UK…
And why is this concerning you ? Did you not move off ?
Sounds like Burley has recruited one.
Sod off then
You’re in dream land. The island has always been full of crack pots. What makes it so cool to live here. LMAO.

Yes – Odd Job
I’m guessing he’s not the funny bloke that used to call them up to make sure they were eating properly and had a penchant for a Hazelnut Whirl. I’ve always preferred Northern Birds. Not sure if it’s still airing though as I’m married now 🙂
What a hero, look at his bowler hat!
Maybe a lost cousin of “ODDJOB FROM THE FILM GOLDFINGER” lol
Ha ha ha very good thought that myself
What a strange looking guy. My God. He looks like something straight out of killer clowns. Full credit to Daniel Webb – it is a great photo.
And us tax payers r seriously paying for this
If this is all on social media, why couldn’t she just block him?
Because if she did that she wouldn’t have got £300 from him she didn’t mind that bit
A woman who receives money for services ,and a man who pays for those services ,there is something he should of relised just because you pay for those services you don’t own that woman ,sad man
I’m guessing he doesn’t have much luck with the ladies ‘in person’. The face only a mother could love springs to mind
Jealous much?
He seems harmless enough, he looks unusual but who cares. I hope he turns up for his hearing wearing a top hat next time.
