In response to the most recent Government advice surrounding the Coronavirus COVID-19 situation, Blackgang Chine and Robin Hill have announced that both parks will be remaining closed until further notice.
Vectis Ventures say that it is their current intent to re-open the parks in time for the summer holidays.
A spokesperson has said:
“Having already implemented many additional measures to protect guests, staff and suppliers, this has not been an easy decision to make. However, given the developing situation, we do feel this is now the only correct course of action available to us in order to limit social interaction, in line with recommendations laid out by the Prime Minister”.
On park tickets, the tariff period restriction has been removed on all e-tickets meaning any existing tickets are now valid for a visit during the remainder of the 2020 season or for redemption during the 2021 season, during advertised opening dates and hours to be confirmed. Refunds will not be issued. If you have purchased a ticket via a third party, contact them directly for more details.
All 2020 Frequent Visitor Passes will now be valid for the remainder of this year, once the parks re-open PLUS the full 2021 season. No action is required for customers who currently hold a valid 2020 pass, your cards will automatically remain valid on the system until October 2021.
