Popular Isle of Wight bodybuilder Will George has won no less than 3 prestigious bodybuilding trophies in just 9 days.
On Saturday 7th September Will took top spot in the United Kingdom Ultimate Physiques (UKUP) Men’s Tall Bodybuilding category at the International Show in Milton Keynes.
He went on to win Overall Amateur at the same event (before turning professional) and then won the pro event.
Will’s success did not stop in Milton Keynes. The very same weekend – on the Sunday – he came 1st in the BFF over 90kg class in Worthing.
Then, on Sunday 15th September, he was the winner of the Physical Culture Association (PCA) Men’s Open Bodybuilding Class in Birmingham.
Will told Island Echo:
“I could not be happier. I haven’t taken it all in yet. It’s all clicked together.”

The 27-year-old has been bodybuilding since 2015 and full time since 2020. He does cardio 7 days a week and weights 5 days a week. He eats 7,000 calories a day (mainly chicken, rice and cereal) when trying to build muscle and 2,000 a day when preparing for competitions and attempting to lose weight.
However, every 12 days is an “off plan meal day” when he allows himself junk food.
Will is an online personal trainer with clients across the world, including in America, Australia and Dubai. He says he takes bodybuilding seriously as a business, and he prepares nutrition and training plans for his clients.
Will is the brother of well-known Isle of Wight entertainer Quivers.
He says of his older brother:
“He is my inspiration and my best friend.”

Will is next in action in Maidenhead where he is competing in the Men’s Open Heavyweight Division.
Next year, he hopes to enter the Superweight Division (over 102kg).
