The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance has been in action in Lake near Sandown tonight (Friday).
The flying doctors and paramedics landed in the grounds of Broadlea Primary School shortly before 20:45 on a shout to assist an unwell patient at a property on nearby Lamorbey Terrace.
2 local ambulance crews from the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service were also in attendance at the address.
The air ambulance took over from Lake at just before 21:30 without conveying the patient.

Hope the person will be ok x
Correct me if I’m wrong, but you state it landed in the grounds of a school, which is currently closed due to summer holidays, so would that make you a trespasser, as you are not assisting with medical emergency?
As always, we take our photographs/video on public land – i.e. footpaths, pavements, roads.
Is that all you got to say Its the holidays maybe come back when you have something relevant to say!!!
