An immersive 1940s-themed murder mystery afternoon tea experience is set to take place at Bembridge Fort, offering guests an interactive theatrical event inside one of the Island’s most historic venues.
Murder At The Fort – Exclusive Vintage Afternoon Tea Experience will be held on Saturday 4th April and Saturday 27th June 2026. There are 2 sittings available on each date at 15:00 and 19:00.
The event is produced by award-winning company Interrupt the Routine and combines live performance with puzzles, clues and suspect interactions, challenging guests to solve a mystery while enjoying a traditional vintage afternoon tea.
Catering is provided by Crumb Pact, with themed cocktails and mocktails available from IOW Cocktail Co. Tickets are priced at £49.50 per person.
Doors open 30 minutes before each performance. Free parking is available outside the fort walls.
The experience is not suitable for under-16s. Visitors are advised that the venue includes some dark areas, underground tunnels and may feature loud noises and lighting effects as part of the production.
