A lorry has been left balancing on 2 wheels after tipping onto its side on Staplers Road near Newport this morning (Friday).
Police are currently on scene between Newport and Wootton near to Monkey Haven and Island Riding Centre.
The incident, which occurred shortly before 09:55, is thought to have occurred as the DAF tipper was dropping goods into a field. The weight of the load lifted the vehicle up.
Thankfully, no other vehciles have been imvolved and no injuries are reported.
Motorists can continue to use the busy route as the road is open under Police direction, although a temporary closure is expected whilst the lorry is righted.
