An Isle of Wight business launched during the Covid-19 pandemic is continuing to expand, with plans to open its first showroom in Bembridge and introduce a new range of outdoor saunas.
Wight Spas & Pools was founded by Ryan Crookes in 2020 after he was furloughed from work during the COVID-19 lockdown. It was here that he was furloughed from his previous employment and decided to turn his knowledge of aqua engineering and passion for outdoor wellness into a new business opportunity.
Initially, the small local business venture began by offering maintenance services and spa hire before rapidly expanding across the Isle of Wight thanks to strong customer relationships and word-of-mouth recommendations.
According to the company, demand for outdoor wellness products and home leisure spaces has continued to grow in recent years, particularly among those looking to improve outdoor living areas or enhance holiday accommodation.
As part of its latest expansion, Wight Spas & Pools is preparing to launch a new collection of outdoor saunas inspired by Scandinavian designs. As well as this, the business has recently confirmed the exciting new opening of its first showroom in Bembridge in the coming weeks in partnership with ASW Bespoke Outdoor Spaces.
The showroom is expected to feature a selection of hot tubs and saunas, allowing customers to view products in person and discuss installation and maintenance options with staff.

I would love one of these hot tubs but they are far too expensive because of the over-engineered design.
I used one last winter when on holiday and it was just big enough for two adults and had 8 side jets for massage and about 20 floor bubble jets.
20 or more oddly placed jets, bubble jets and even music outlets are not needed for most people. Just a small 150cm diameter hot tub for two. Build me one Ryan and I will buy it.
