A new personal training service focused on inclusivity, rehabilitation and full-body fitness has been launched on the Isle of Wight, offering tailored TRX workouts for people of all abilities.
Anhelina, a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, is bringing both group and 1-to-1 TRX training sessions to the Isle of Wight, with a strong focus on accessibility, safety and long-term health.
With 2 and a half years of experience, Anhelina works with individuals across a wide range of fitness levels, including those with disabilities, offering adaptable training designed to suit each person’s needs.
Group TRX sessions aim to build energy and motivation through shared exercise, combining bodyweight and suspension training to deliver full-body workouts. Sessions include core strengthening, cardio elements for fat burning, and exercises to improve balance and coordination.
Each movement can be adjusted, making sessions suitable for both beginners and more advanced participants.
For those seeking a more tailored approach, individual training sessions provide personalised programmes based on specific goals, health conditions and physical limitations. This includes support with posture, pain management and gradual strength development.
Anhelina also offers specialist sessions for people with disabilities, creating a safe and supportive environment with carefully adapted exercises. The focus is on improving mobility, stability and overall strength without placing unnecessary strain on joints.
Speaking about her approach, Anhelina explains that her goal is to make fitness accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability or experience. Her training is built around key principles including safety, inclusivity, gradual progression and ongoing support, helping clients build confidence and maintain long-term results.
TRX training differs from traditional gym workouts by using bodyweight rather than fixed machines, allowing individuals to control intensity through positioning and movement. This method engages stabilising muscles throughout the body, promotes functional strength and reduces stress on joints.
Sessions are designed not just to improve appearance, but to enhance overall wellbeing, energy levels and quality of life.
Pricing for sessions is as follows:
-
- Group sessions cost £7 per session, £36 for 6 sessions or £50 for 10 sessions.
- Individual sessions are priced at £20 for a single session, £108 for 6 sessions and £170 for 10 sessions.
Each individual session lasts a full hour and includes personalised training, technique monitoring and planning for continued progress. Block bookings include additional benefits such as progress tracking and ongoing support between sessions.
Anhelina hopes to build a welcoming fitness community on the Isle of Wight, where individuals feel supported, confident and able to move freely, regardless of their starting point.
