Island Line have this morning (Saturday) announced that no trains will be running between Ryde Pier Head and Ryde St John’s this weekend.
Engineering work is being blamed for the disruption to service, which will see buses transferring passengers from Ryde Esplanade to Ryde St John’s where all trains will start and terminate.
The work is planned to be completed by tomorrow night with a normal service resuming on Monday morning.
