Police have arrested 2 men and a woman as part of an investigation into the supply of drugs in Shanklin today (Wednesday).
A number of Police vehicles descended on North Road in the town sometime before midday before specialist officers, equipped to make entry, executed pre-planned warrants on at least 2 addresses.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary has told Island Echo:
“We can confirm that specialist officers executed pre-planned warrants at addresses on North Road in Shanklin this morning (Wednesday 15 May).
“The warrants relate to an investigation into the supply of drugs.
“Two men and a woman have been arrested as part of our investigation. They remain in custody at this time.
“Enquiries are ongoing”.
Anyone with information relating to drug related harm or possible linked activity should contact the Ventnor Neighbourhood Policing Team on 101.

A third address left out in that small road might have got them more results.
