Hovertravel services will resume at 11:15 from Ryde following a morning-long suspension of service due to technical issues. It was at around 07:30 this morning (Sunday) that the cross-Solent operator announced that its Ryde-Southsea service was suspended as a result of a technical issue with its only available craft. Engineers have been working for several hours to fix the fault, with success. It’s been confirmed that operations will resume at 11;15 from Ryde and 11:30 from Southsea.
