Watch Labour make sentences even less than they are now. Disgusting that women and children are now no longer safe. Surely the men folk in their lives will ensure true justice is carried out?

What on earth do you base that on? 14 years of austerity (for most of us), 14 years of mismanagement, under investment and blatant corruption. Wow, well done

Ì agree with your sentiments, Dave G.
It’s a case of ‘None so blind as will not see’.
The Tories over the past 14 years or so have regularly told us the very opposite of truth, quite shamelessly, and often for their own personal enrichment.

They are also pleased to continue to repeat what they know to be an untruth – the old chestnut that departing Labour left them a serious note saying, literally, ‘There’s no money left’, in 2010 after Labour lost the election. It was clearly a flippant joke to give amusement to the incoming side. How patronising to the electorate, to think we would fall for any other explanation

I think you’ll find it’s the Tories that have filled up the prisons to capacity and not built enough new ones, meaning there are now no spaces for people who should go to prison. Under Tory rule the courts had to stop working properly last week because of this. Blame Labour all you like, but who’s made a mess of the justice system over the last 14 years?

This comment section sometimes, I swear. You are both arguing whether it’s Labour or Tory being responsible for what was almost certainly drunk girls getting in a fight…

I got news for you, drunk women are just as bad, if not more so, than their male counterparts. They are definitely more vicious and prone to resorting to physicality when getting aggressive, I can tell you that much.

Do you remember that old show years ago, “Booze Britain?” Well that was aired in 2004 apparently, at the height of Labour’s reign. What does that tell you?

I suggest to find out about IPP sentences before to post such tripe in the future.

Introduced by Labour, they were absolutely brutal and allowed people to be kept in prison indefinitely for minor offences. Some are still inside.

The Tories scrapped them.

You know, it really is tragically comical that people are complaining about what the incoming Labour government will or won’t do instead of looking at how crime and violent crime have exploded under the current Tory one.

Crime has, coincidently risen simultaneously with the arrival of endless immigrants.

And as our prisons could barely cope with our own, there was no hope of giving sentences which might deter some criminals once our prisons were then filled to capacity with the third worlds rejects.

Spoken like a true tory, been in power 14 years but some how it’s labours fault that law and order is in the bin. It was the Tories that halved the police force on the island and removed all of the roads policing. Well done.

Truth according to the likes of Sunak, Johnson, Farage, Mogg, Tice?

They are the ones on the gravy train and are lying to you to stay on it. It’s no surprise that most of them are multi millionaires.
