Wightlink has announced the dates for the next three Meet the Managers events on the Isle of Wight.
Chief Executive Russell Kew and his team will be talking to customers at Yarmouth, Fishbourne and Ryde this spring and summer to find out what they think of Wightlink ferry services. All customers will be welcome at the events.
The last event, on board the St Faith, attracted a wide range of questions including how to book facilities for disabled customers, use Multilink Passes and secure the best fares.
Russel Kew said:
“Our senior managers and I value these opportunities to meet our customers face-to-face and discover their opinions of our services.
“We have listened with interest to their observations at past events and have taken many of their suggestions on board.”
The next Meet the Managers events take place on;
- Tuesday 25 March at Yarmouth ticket hall between 18:00-20:00
- Wednesday 28 May at Fishbourne terminal between 14:00-16:00
- Thursday July 31 at Ryde Pier Head with the time to be advised
