Glorious sunshine, the chance to win a Kia in a hole-in-one competition and massages from Vanity Salons proved highlights in the first annual Medina Foodservice Charity Golf Day, raising money for Beaulieu Respite and the Isle of Wight Youth Trust as over 60 competitors fought it out at Freshwater Bay Golf Club.
A raffle and auction with prizes from Swansea City Football Club, The Hambrough, Bestival and Ecco to name a few helped to raise over £1,800 for the two Island charities.
Steve Ross, Managing Director of Medina Foodservice, said:
“A great day was had by all and it was a fantastic opportunity to raise a considerable sum of money for two well deserving local charities – Medina would like to thank all of the sponsors from the Island who helped us make the day such a great
event”.
Tony Wake, representing Beaulieu Respite, said:

We would also like thank everyone who attended or donated prizes for the raffle or auction.
