One of the most popular UK festivals of the year, the Isle of Wight Festival, saw some of the biggest acts in the world descend on Seaclose Park back in June including the legendary Bon Jovi. Now, as the year draws to a close, the team behind the festival have been been nominated for the Promoter of the Year category, while Solo, John Giddings’ business behind the event, have been nominated for Agency of The Year.
Fast forward to September and the mesmerizing Bestival truly left a mark on the festival circuit and brought the season to a close. With a strong line-up that included the one and only Elton John, Snoop Dogg and Fatboy Slim, the event has been nominated for Best Major Festival, Best Dance Event, Best Line-Up, The Extra-Festival Activity Award and Best Brand Activation.
Not only that, but Elton John’s memorable performance is in the running for Headline Performance of the Year.
The ceremony takes place on 2nd December at The Roundhouse in London.
