A new dating website specifically for the Isle of Wight has launched this week, the brainchild of a single parent wanting to find new friendship and love.
Island resident, Kimberley French, set up Isle of Wight Match (www.isleofwightmatch.co.uk) as a new website for Isle of Wight residents and Isle of Wight ex pats around the world to connect and communicate with each other with the hope of developing that friendship into something more.
Speaking about her new venture, Kimberley told Island Echo:
“I created Isle of Wight Match from an idea I had after becoming a single parent. I realised how difficult it was to meet new people for friendship and love, being on the Isle of Wight made it more difficult as all other dating websites are linked to the mainland, so the Isle of Wight Match idea was born”
As a special offer for the launch of the website, Isle of Wight Match are giving all new members FREE full access to all of the website features for 2 weeks to try out the site.
The site is open to Islanders only from 18-years-old and all groups are encouraged to get involved.
