Coastguard Rescue Teams from The Needles and Ventnor were tasked to rescue an old Jack Russell X who became stuck on the cliffs below Atherfield Holiday Camp yesterday lunchtime (Saturday).
A Coastguard team member was lowered over the cliff edge to retrieve the dog called Dexter and reunite him with his owners on the beach below.
Thankfully, the dog escaped injury.
